There are so many different wines from various locations over the globe that it can become incredibly difficult to choose your favourite.

Often we pick a wine by judging the style and design of the label, which in fact that tell us nothing, on other occasions we take a friends recommendation but their tastes may be different from our own, while some of us decide by price, assuming the more expensive the better, which isn’t always the case.

DesVins has installed a state of the art “Enomatic” wine serving system, where a bottle of wine can be opened and protected from oxidation by a Nitrogen gas preservation process. This in turn ensures the taste; aroma and colour of the wine are maintained for up to 3 weeks after the bottle was opened.

As a result we have 20 different wines available by the glass so you can try a glass of Symposium Blanc at £3.40 or if you feel a little more extravagant savour a glass of Domaine Francois Jobard, Meursault at £21.20, normally only available by the bottle.
